"Food for Thought "

Wilma would often post videos on social media bringing encouragement and inspiration to those who followed her and she always began with saying Food for Thought.

You can still make a way for the new you.

Make a habit to talk to yourself. Good morning beautiful...that inner voice wants to be heard.

Even when you're tired, wake yourself up and go live your life. Go grind baby.

Life's a game baby, so play it!

Cry it out and feel your emotions because it's okay to be human, just don't forget to keep going.

Be authentic! Love you, be you, just do you baby.

Wake up and be grateful! Thank God for what you have because he's blessed you.

There is always a positive to a negative. See, feel and hear from the universe around you.

Know what you deserve.

Love yourself and do it humbly.

People switch up but God never fails.

Stand out! Fitting in this world, I never want to. I'd rather be the weirdo.

Do not give up, God will give it back ten fold.

God will show you your purpose and your calling. He will pla ce you where you need to be to flourish for him.

I know God about to show up and show out for me. I did the work, I truly did. I literally died to be who you all see today.

Always be unapologetically you. If someone does not fit with your energy, then look through the lense and find those that do.

Always believe in yourself.

We all have our days and we never know what day life ends. We're on a spiritual journey of growing. It's not always easy so really give time to yourself and be easy on yourself.

Fix yourself on the inside. I promise you that type of peace gives you back your power and that is a force to be reckoned with.

Joslynn, She made me a mom, but she really saved my soul.

Be careful how you treat those who bounce back from everything that was meant to destroy them. Those are gods people.

If you knew wo you truly were, you would never be afraid again.

This cold world took my spirit and my soul.

The old me is dead and gone. Forever in the mountains & oceans.
