Terry Lynn Morgan

Mr. Terry Lynn Morgan, age 74 of Milton, Kentucky, entered into this life on September 10, 1951 in Madison, Indiana. He was the loving son of the late Eugene and Nina Boldery Morgan. Terry resided nearly all of his life in Trimble County where he was schooled. He was united in marriage to Patricia Furnish on October 17, 1972 in Milton, Kentucky. Along with his marriage to Patricia, he gained a daughter, Tina. On July 8, of 1973, they were also blessed with a son, Steve. In Terry's younger years, he enjoyed singing and playing music, especially with his brother Dan Morgan. He loved old country music, especially Merle Haggard and Buck Owens. Terry was employed with Swifty Oil Company as a construction supervisor, retiring after 25 years of service. Terry held membership in the Madison Moose Lodge No. 765 and the Major Samuel Woodfill Post No. 9 Sons of the American Legion. He enjoyed spending time with his family and his beloved dog Lilly. Terry loved being a Papaw to his grandkids. He also enjoyed watching Gunsmoke and cheering on the Indiana University basketball team. Terry died on Sunday, February 15, 2026, at 3:44 p.m. at the Norton King's Daughters' Hospital in Madison, Indiana.

A LOVING FAMILY Terry will be missed by his loving wife of 53 years, Patricia Furnish Morgan of Milton, Kentucky; his loving daughter, Tina Furnish Povaleri and her husband, Tony of Deputy, Indiana; his loving son, Steve Morgan and Kayla of Milton, Kentucky; his grandson, Corey Povaleri and Becca of Franklin, Indiana; his granddaughters, Cadie Povaleri Neutz and Michael of Deputy, Indiana, Tristan Morgan and David of Bedford, Kentucky; his great-grandchildren, Chloe, Brooks, Max, and Graham; his brothers, Dan Morgan and Janet of Frankfort, Kentucky, Gary Buchanan of Union, Kentucky, Bill Buchanan and Rhonda of Milton, Kentucky, Greg Morgan of Colorado; his sisters-in-law, Karen Taylor and Jack of Madison, Indiana, Janey Peelman of Vevay, Indiana, Cathey Buchanan of Arizona; his brother-in-law, Edward Furnish of Italy; several nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives. He was preceded in death by his father, Eugene Morgan, his mother, Nina Boldery Morgan Buchanan, his stepfather, Charles Buchanan, his grandmother, Ada Boldery, his brothers, Rick Morgan and Bob Buchanan, his mother-in-law, Leola Furnish, his brothers-in-law, Chuck Furnish, Bill Furnish, and Nick Furnish.

FUNERAL CEREMONY Funeral services will be conducted Monday, February 23, 2026, at 6:00 p.m., by Bro Bob Hicks at the Morgan & Nay Funeral Centre, 325 Demaree Drive in Madison, Indiana.

MOOSE LODGE SERVICE

Madison Moose Lodge No. 765 will conduct services at 5:50 p.m. on Monday, February 23, 2026, at the Morgan & Nay Funeral Centre, 325 Demaree Drive in Madison, Indiana.

VISITATION Friends may visit Monday, February 23, 2026, from 4:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. at the Morgan & Nay Funeral Centre, 325 Demaree Drive in Madison, Indiana.
