David K. Craig, age 52 of Bloomington, Indiana, formerly of Madison, entered this life on October 20, 1957 in Madison, Indiana. He was the son of Clarence Delbert & Alpha May Layton Hamilton. He was raised in Madison and attended Madison Consolidated High School. He completed his studies in care giving and became a certified caregiver. He had previously worked as a security guard at Indiana Kentucky Electric Corporation and Belterra Casino and Resort. He also had worked in Security in Louisville, Kentucky while residing there. He had resided the past six months in Bloomington, Indiana. He was of the Baptist faith and enjoyed reading and studying God's word. He served in the National Guard and was honorably discharged. David died Tuesday, July 20, 2010 at 5:20 p.m. at his residence in Bloomington Indiana.


A LOVING FAMILY
David will be missed by his loving parents: Clarence Delbert & Alpha May Layton Hamilton of Madison, Indiana; his loving sons: Joshua Keith Craig and Michael Hutchinson both of Madison, Indiana; his loving daughter: Lacey Craig of Carrollton, Kentucky; his loving brothers: Paul Craig & his wife: Jan of Dupont, Indiana and Delbert Hamilton & his wife: Laura of Milton, Kentucky; his loving sisters: Alfrieda Kay Reynolds & her husband: Curtis of Madison, Indiana and Cynthia Dawn Kietzman & her husband: Charlie of Madison, Indiana; seven grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews & cousins. He was preceded in death by his grandparents: Bob & Elfrieda Hunter Layton; Ned & Sophia Hamilton; Onnie Layton and his twin grandchildren.


FUNERAL CEREMONY
Funeral services will be conducted Sunday, July 25, 2010 at 1:00 p.m., by the Rev. Troy Hedges at the Morgan & Nay Funeral Centre, 325 Demaree Drive in Madison, Indiana. Interment will follow in the Grandview Memorial Gardens near Madison, Indiana.



VISITATION
Friends may call Saturday from 5:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. and Sunday from 12 Noon until time of the service at the Morgan & Nay Funeral Centre, 325 Demaree Drive in Madison, Indiana.
