Mrs. Addie Pearl Jones Zearing, age 83, of downtown Madison, Indiana, entered this life on August 27, 1926, in Trimble County, Kentucky. She was the daughter of Willard Preston & Nannie Lula Parker Jones, both of whom preceded her in death. She was raised in Trimble County, Kentucky and attended school there. In 1943, she was united in marriage to James Carrico and to this union arrived one son to bless their home. Addie moved to Madison in 1954. She was united in marriage on June 26, 1954 in Madison, Indiana to Donald Robert "Don" Zearing. She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. She enjoyed crocheting, soap operas, Bingo, the Price is Right, Playing Cards, caring for her grandchildren and her cats. She was raised Nazarene and attended Calvary Wesleyan Church. Addie died Tuesday, February 2, 2010 at 7:50 a.m. at the Thornton Terrace Health Campus in Hanover, Indiana.

Addie will be missed by her loving husband: Donald Robert "Don" Zearing of Madison, Indiana; her loving sons: William Carrico & his wife: Ann of Carrollton, Kentucky, Robert Douglas "Bobby" Zearing of Madison, Indiana, Steven Keith Zearing of Madison, Indiana; her loving daughters: Patricia Joy Gaddie & her husband: Roger of Trimble County, Kentucky, Donna Marie Kilburn & her companion: Ernie Weaver of Hanover, Indiana, Tammy Jane Abbott & her husband: Melvin of Campbellsburg, Kentucky; her grandchildren: Billy, Josh, Ammee, Samantha, Devon, Little Bobby, Kaitlin, Justin, Cassidy, Douglas & Malea; great-grandchildren: Zachary, Savannah, Adee, Gracie, Caleb, Dylan, Cheyenne, Christian, Alex, Andress, Julie, Jordan, Aidan, Morgan, Taylor-Brooke; her loving sisters: Joella Snell of Madison, Indiana, Marjorie Liter of Milton, Kentucky; her loving brother: Preston Jones & his wife: Wilma of Forner, Illinois; several nieces, nephews & other relatives. She was preceded in death by parents: Willard Preston & Nannie Lula Parker Jones; her brothers: Rueben B. Jones, Claudie Jones, William Jones, Marvin Jones & Junior Jones; her sisters: Joann Creech & Angie Webster; her grandson: Tobias Abbott died: Dec. 23, 2006 ; & her great-grandchild: Zaira Weaver died: Jan. 18, 2009.


FUNERAL CEREMONY
Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, February 6, 2010 at 10:30 a.m., by the Reverend Wayne Mahoney, at the Morgan & Nay Funeral Centre, 325 Demaree Drive in Madison, Indiana. Interment will follow in the Indiana Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Madison, Indiana.


VISITATION
Friends may call Friday from 5:00 p.m. -7:00 p.m. and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. until time of the service at the Morgan & Nay Funeral Centre, 325 Demaree Drive in Madison, Indiana.
